By purchasing and using The Content Vault, you agree to the following terms:

1. Overview

The Content Vault is a digital product and service designed to help professionals turn their content and assets into ready-to-use social media content. By purchasing, you are granted access to the system, tools, and support outlined at the time of purchase.

2. Use of Service

The Content Vault is intended for use by professionals, business owners, and service providers.

You may:

  • Use the system for your own business and/or your clients

  • Deliver generated content as part of your services

You may not:

  • Resell, share, or distribute the system itself

  • Copy, replicate, or white-label the system for resale

  • Provide access to non-paying users

3. Customization & Support

We provide guidance and support to help you tailor The Content Vault to your business.

If the content does not feel aligned, we will work with you to refine it based on your input.

  • Within the first 7 days, we include up to 2 revisions to help align the content with your voice and your clients

  • Additional revisions may be requested and purchased if needed (pricing available upon request)

4. Payment Terms

The Content Vault operates on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise stated.

  • You may cancel at any time

  • Access will remain active through the end of your current billing period

  • If payment is missed, declined, or canceled, access to the system will be revoked

5. Setup & Delivery

Your Content Vault system will be prepared and ready within 48 hours after your setup call is completed. Timely completion may depend on receiving the necessary inputs and participation in the onboarding process.

6. 7-Day Guarantee

We offer a 7-day guarantee.

If the content does not feel aligned with your business or your clients, we will use the included revision process to tailor it based on your feedback. If, after completing the included revisions, you still feel it is not the right fit, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your original purchase. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.

7. Ownership of Content

You retain full ownership of all images, assets, and content you upload into The Content Vault.

We do not claim ownership of your materials.

8. Google Drive Requirement

Use of The Content Vault requires you to have your own Google Drive account to store and manage your images and content.

During onboarding, we will connect the system to a folder within your Google Drive.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your Google Drive account.

9. Use of AI Technology

The Content Vault uses artificial intelligence, including OpenAI technology, to generate captions and content based on the inputs you provide.

By using this service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Content is generated based on your inputs and may require review or refinement

  • You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before use

  • We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content for every situation

10. No Guaranteed Results

The Content Vault is designed to support content creation, consistency, and business growth.

However, we do not guarantee specific results, including:

  • Revenue increases

  • Client acquisition

  • Engagement or platform performance

Results depend on how the system is implemented and used.

11. Intellectual Property

All systems, frameworks, processes, and materials within The Content Vault are the intellectual property of Seven Figure Builder, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative systems without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Business or financial outcomes

  • Platform or algorithm changes

  • Third-party tools or integrations

  • Content generated by AI tools

Your use of The Content Vault is at your own discretion.

13. Access & Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Update, improve, or modify the system at any time

  • Adjust features or delivery as needed to enhance the experience
